What we do
LI-AN Hotpot Mart is a one stop shop that caters to your grocery need, from frozen, fresh and dry products. We also have wide variety of hotpot products to celebrate with your family and friends at home.
How To Order
1. Click ‘Store’ in the Header Main Menu.
2. Choose from the wide range of products. You may use the sidebar wherein you can search the specific product you’re looking for or choose the specific category.
3. Click “add to cart” to order. You may opt to change the quantity you desire or choose your desired variant if available.
4. Once all products were added to cart, click “Cart” in the Header Main Menu to double check your order. You may still edit the quantity of your order in this step.
5. Before checkout, please choose your shipping method:
- Courier Shipment – LI-AN will book the delivery for you. Please pay the rider upon delivery.
- Free Shipping – For a minimum order of P6,000
6. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to input your delivery information and payment method.
7. Once everything is confirmed, click “Place Order” and you will receive an email regarding the status of your order.
8. Payment Method:
- Bank Transfer – Kindly pay to the bank account/GCASH provided and send screenshot of proof of payment in Viber (09173169819) or Email (lianfrozengoods@gmail.com). Once confirmed receipt of payment, you will receive an email update that your order status is in “Processing” and you should receive your order the same/next day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – During booking of courier, we will avail the additional “pabili” service. Rider will pay the amount of your order to LI-AN Hotpot Mart then customer should pay the rider the shipping fee including the pabili fee plus the total amount of order. (Free shipping is not applicable for COD)
9. Once the order was delivered and received, you will receive an email update that your order is “completed.”
