Description

Cooking Instruction:
1. Microwave the duck over high heat for 1 minute
2. Drizzle the duck with hot oil of about 180°C until the whole duck is golden brown
3. Put the duck on a plate and serve with chilled plum sauce for dipping
4. Ready to eat

(Can also be fried, grilled, steamed)
